All of Jackson County’s ATV trails are open as of July 3, the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce reports
A spokeswoman at the Black River State Forest office said the trails are opened because they have dried out sufficiently.
About 11 miles of trail were closed at the end of May because of standing water and heavy ruts.
The closed section was north from the Hwy. 54 parking lot to the Clay School Road parking lot and also includes the three-mile spur heading to Crawford Hills.
