The new unmarked squad car of the Black River Falls Police Department was struck as it was turning off of N. Eighth St. into a private driveway on July 7.
According to Police Chief Dan Gilberg's monthly report the city public safety committee, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation and found the driver of the vehicle that struck the city squad car was operating without a valid license and no insurance. The driver was arrested for operating without a license (second offense) and inattentive driving.
A copy of the report, photos and a repair estimate was submitted to the city's insurance company. The accident resulted in $2,500 in damage. Arrangements have been made with Gross Motors in Black River Falls to repair the damage to the vehicle. Repairs were scheduled to begin last Monday and were estimated to take two to three days.

Your comment seems like you support the idea that the police were at fault for the accident. The woman rear-ended the squad car.
Or were the police driving in reverse as a further part of the conspiracy?
BTW, it's called reckless driving. Wreckless driving would be NOT getting into an accident in the first place. "
