" Inmates should be put to work for their meals.
Jail is punishment, not this 3 hots and a cot B.S.
Maybe if jail was less pleasant, some of these repeat offenders would think twice before risking their freedom,AGAIN! "

" have any of you ever been in jaiL? They get food that barely take the hunger pains away. Plus, it's from the hospital (not the food the regular hosptial patients get) This jail food is almsost like the stuff that is the size of the $1.00 frozen meal. I don't think my kids would even get full on this stuff they give!
I think pizza is a good idea for the inmates!
I"m not proud, but, I know first hand what the food is like! "

Brilliant Idea wrote on Aug 25, 2008 11:50 AM:

" People who do not like the thought of giving pizza to the inmates have obviously not ever tried any pizza from the Black River Falls area so they think these inmates will be getting rewarded when in fact, it is nothing but further punishment. "
