12:40 a.m.: Cynthia R. Hopinka, 43, Black River Falls, was arrested on a probation pickup following an incident at 519 N. Eighth St.

4:54 p.m.: Todd T. Turnmire, 41, Onalaska, was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

Nov. 19

7:30 p.m.: A 14-year-old boy was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after police were called to 220 Jefferson St.

Nov. 21

4:25 a.m.: Police responded to a traffic accident in the parking lot of Flying Js, Highway 54.

4 p.m.: Police responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of Water and Washington streets.

11:33 p.m.: Police responded to a traffic accident in the Kwik Trip parking lot, 751 E. Highway 54.

8:10 a.m.: Police responded to a criminal damage to property complaint at Speedwash Laundromat, 15 S. First St.

11:15 a.m.: Police responded to a complaint of a court order violation at 519 N. Eighth St.

3:11 p.m.: Police responded to a traffic accident at Harrison and Water streets.

5:45 p.m.: Police responded to a hit and run traffic accident at 9 S. Fourth St.
